STEP 1
Decide when your day begins and wake up at the same time each day to build your streak.

Put the capsule somewhere you’ll need to stand up to reach it, on a desk, shelf, in the bathroom, or even on the fridge.
It has a magnet, so choose a spot that’s out of reach, especially in the morning.
STEP 3
When the alarm goes off, you'll need to physically move to reach the capsule and tap it with your phone to dismiss the alarm. No more snoozing from under the covers.
You have one optional snooze of up to 15 minutes if you truly need it.
STEP 4
Set a dedicated alarm for the amount of time you need, whether it's study time, work sessions, chores, or focused breaks.
When it goes off, simply tap the capsule with your phone to dismiss it and move into the next part of your routine.
